What a 2–4 week MVP actually includes (and what it does not)

An MVP is not a miniature version of the dream product. It is the smallest thing a real user can finish.

Founders often arrive with a 40-feature list and a six-month agency plan. The useful question is: what must work next Friday for one type of user?

A slice people can complete

Sign up, do the core action, maybe pay. A landing page that explains it. Analytics so you know if anyone came back. Deployed on a real URL, not a Figma prototype.

That is the shape of Startup Liftoff: from 5,999€ after a free scoping call, typically 2–4 weeks. Special cases (legal, blockchain, heavy compliance) are quoted separately — before you start, not after week ten.

What we leave out on purpose

Admin for every imaginary role. A native app on two stores. Perfect brand films. A backlog of “nice to have” notifications. Those wait until someone uses v1.

Cutting scope is the product. If everything is in v1, you have not chosen.

How to know you are ready

You can say who it is for in one sentence. You can name the one action that matters. You can live with an ugly-but-clear interface for a month. Then we can ship.

If you need a 30-page spec before you will look at a screen, you are not buying an MVP. You are buying delay.

Julien Bardin builds modern websites for local businesses (Google, Maps, AI visibility) and ships startup MVPs in 2–4 weeks. From €900 + €25/mo for websites, or from €5,999 reference price for most SaaS & app projects. Book a free call.
